Service availability
This is an independent website offering a Wan 3.0 video workspace and information about the upcoming Wan 4.0 experience. Wan 4.0 generation is not currently available here. Its release date, settings, pricing and access conditions are not guaranteed by the current pages or by an existing credit package. Features depend on the availability of the connected services.
Accounts and access
Sign in to submit Wan 3.0 generation requests and view your account, credits and library. Keep your authentication details secure and use an account you are entitled to access. If your session expires or account access cannot be verified, reconnect before submitting more work. Account removal is currently requested through support; the profile page does not provide automatic deletion.
Your inputs and acceptable use
Only upload or reference material you are permitted to use. Do not submit unlawful content, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, material that exploits children, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not use the service to impersonate others deceptively or to bypass account or service limits. Requests remain subject to the connected providers' content restrictions.
Generation and credits
Generation requires sufficient credits. The displayed estimate depends on model, resolution, output duration and any billable video input. The account service determines the actual balance and recorded charge. An estimate is not a guaranteed result or a fixed number of successful videos. If a request cannot be confirmed, check task history before submitting again to avoid duplicate work. Report disputed charges with the relevant task reference.
Credit enquiries and purchases
The website currently has no online checkout and does not start an automatic subscription. Purchase buttons open instructions for contacting support about a credit package. Confirm availability, quantity, price and any applicable purchase conditions with support before making a payment. Existing credits or a Wan 3.0 purchase do not promise access to Wan 4.0. Read the Refund Policy before arranging a purchase.
Results and third-party rights
AI-generated results may contain errors, unexpected details or unsuitable content. Review a result before publishing or relying on it. The presence of a download button does not verify copyright ownership, likeness consent or commercial-use permission. Your use must respect the rights in your inputs and the applicable model-provider terms. Reference films displayed on the website are not offered as licensed stock footage or verified outputs of a particular model.
Saved work and changes
Keep your own copy of prompts and downloaded results you need. A browser draft is local to your device, and a library entry is not a promise of permanent storage. The interface and these terms may be updated as the service changes, including when Wan 4.0 becomes available. The date at the top identifies the current version.
